Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a contract between you and Cuellar Labs LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as LeagueSaga (“LeagueSaga,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They govern your access to the LeagueSaga websites, applications, Import Helper, and related services (together, the “Service”).

1. Acceptance and Eligibility

By creating an account, starting a trial, buying a subscription, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service for an organization, you state that you can bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Accounts and League Access

Give us accurate account information. Protect your sign-in methods and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account unless applicable law states otherwise.

League owners and commissioners control membership in their LeagueSaga leagues. You must have permission to access each league and to invite other members. Do not use another person’s account, credentials, access tokens, or session values.

3. Trials, Subscriptions, and Taxes

A trial can end or convert as described when you start it. If we do not collect a payment method for a trial, the trial ends without a charge unless you later subscribe. Before you subscribe, checkout shows the plan, price, billing period, trial terms, and applicable taxes.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the selected monthly or yearly billing period until canceled. You authorize our payment processor to charge the payment method on file for each renewal. You are responsible for taxes that apply to your purchase. We may change prices for a future renewal after reasonable notice and an opportunity to cancel.

You can cancel through Billing Settings and the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless law requires otherwise, access continues through the end of the paid period. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Provider Imports and Third-Party Services

The Service can connect to or process information from third parties, such as ESPN, Yahoo, Sleeper, Slack, Discord, GroupMe, WhatsApp, Stripe, and AI providers. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of their services. A LeagueSaga feature does not grant you rights that the third party has not granted.

Use only accounts and leagues that you are authorized to access. You must comply with each provider’s rules. We may limit, suspend, or remove an integration if a provider changes its service or terms, withdraws access, requires a license, or asks us to stop.

LeagueSaga is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by ESPN, Disney, the NFL, Yahoo, Sleeper, Slack, Discord, GroupMe, Meta, or another fantasy sports or communication platform.

5. ESPN Access

LeagueSaga never asks for your ESPN password. If you use a private ESPN import, you may sign in to ESPN through the local Import Helper or provide temporary ESPN session values. Session values can provide access to your ESPN account. Use only your own account and a device you trust. Do not send session values to support or other people.

If you ask LeagueSaga to save ESPN access, we store the session values in encrypted form for future syncs. You can remove saved access. We can delete or disable it if access fails, abuse is suspected, a provider requirement changes, or you ask us to remove it.

6. Your Content and Imported Data

You keep the rights that you already have in content that you create and submit, such as notes, messages, rankings, feedback, and original league material (“Your Content”). Provider data, player information, statistics, names, marks, and other third-party material can remain owned or controlled by the provider or another rights holder. These Terms do not transfer ownership of that material to you or to LeagueSaga.

You give LeagueSaga a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, process, analyze, display, transform, and transmit Your Content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service and to comply with law. This license ends when the content is deleted, except for copies that we must keep by law or in temporary backups.

You state that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit Your Content and league information, including information about other league members. Do not submit confidential, unlawful, infringing, or privacy-invasive material.

7. Acceptable Use

You must not use the Service to:

• break a law, these Terms, or a third-party provider’s terms;
• access, import, or share a league without permission;
• copy, sell, or redistribute provider data except as the provider permits;
• probe, scan, disrupt, overload, or bypass the Service or its access controls;
• introduce malware, automate abusive requests, or attempt credential stuffing;
• harass, defame, impersonate, or invade the privacy of another person; or
• use AI output to make a high-impact decision about another person.

8. AI Features

AI features can make mistakes. Verify important facts and decisions. AI output is provided for fantasy sports information and entertainment. It is not legal, tax, financial, medical, or professional advice. Do not submit secrets or information that you are not authorized to share with the configured AI provider.

9. LeagueSaga Rights

The Service, LeagueSaga software, design, branding, and original materials are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for rights expressly granted in these Terms or an open-source license, we and our licensors keep all rights in them. You may send feedback. If you do, you let us use it without restriction or payment.

10. Suspension and Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, do not pay amounts due, or if we discontinue the Service. When practical, we will give notice and a chance to export data before a service discontinuation. Sections that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

11. Service Changes and Availability

The Service can change and third-party integrations can stop working. We do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available forever. Keep independent copies of data that you cannot replace.

12. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” LeagueSaga disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and title. We do not warrant third-party data, services, or AI output. Some laws do not allow certain disclaimers, so part of this section may not apply to you.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cuellar Labs LLC and its members, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid LeagueSaga during the 12 months before the event that caused the claim. This limit does not apply where law does not permit it.

14. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify Cuellar Labs LLC against a third-party claim that results from Your Content, your unauthorized provider access, or your material violation of these Terms or applicable law. We will give you prompt notice and reasonable cooperation. You may not settle a claim in a way that admits our fault or imposes obligations on us without our written consent.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

Texas law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Unless applicable law requires another forum, a dispute must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas. You and LeagueSaga consent to those courts. Before filing a claim, send a written description to hello@leaguesaga.com and allow 30 days for an informal resolution. This section does not limit rights that cannot be waived.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new date and give reasonable notice of a material change. A material change applies prospectively. If you continue to use the Service after the effective date, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the Service and cancel any subscription.

17. General Terms

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and policies linked here are the entire agreement about the Service. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them as part of a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale of the Service.
